Free Shipping On Used Parts:
We offer free shipping on all used, non-freight items within the lower 48 states of the U.S. If you are an international customer or need shipping outside of the lower 48, please contact us for shipping quotes. - Shipping On New Parts: Shipping on new parts purchased will be calculated at checkout
Processing and Handling Time:

Processing Time:
Our standard processing and handling time is 3 business days. However, we strive to ship orders within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation. -
Same-Day Shipping:
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the next business day. -
Shipping Includes:
The shipping price includes packing materials, shipping costs, and a tracking number to monitor your order's progress.
Freight Shipping:

Additional Freight Costs:
Items that require freight shipping may incur additional charges, as outlined below:- For items shipped on a pallet, we require a commercial address. If shipping to a residential address, there is an additional $150 charge.
- Lift Gate Service: If your delivery address requires liftgate service (for unloading the freight from a semi truck), there is an additional $150 charge.
- Any other miscellaneous charges (such as re-delivery fees, special handling, etc.) will be charged accordingly.
Important Note:
You must have a way to unload the freight when it arrives, such as a forklift or dock. If you do not have these, a $150 liftgate service fee will apply.
Damage and Inspection:

Inspect Shipment for Damage:
Please inspect your shipment before signing the bill of lading. If you notice any damage to the packaging or items, make a note of it on the bill of lading when signing for the shipment.-
No Refunds or Exchanges for Signed Shipments:
ABSOLUTELY NO refunds or exchanges will be processed if the bill of lading is signed without noting damage. This is a crucial step in ensuring that you are protected in case of shipping damage. -
No Altering Packaging:
Shipment companies do not allow manipulation or tampering with the packaging before signing the delivery documents. If the packaging is manipulated or altered, we cannot assist with claims.

Freight shipping to states highlighted in the attached image will incur additional charges. No exceptions will be made.

Shipping Outside the U.S.:
We do not currently offer international shipping directly through our online platform. If you are located outside of the U.S. or need shipping outside of the lower 48 states, please contact us for a shipping quote.
