Refund and Warranty Policy

Installation Requirements:
We strongly recommend that all parts be installed by an ASE-certified technician at a licensed facility. Retaining your installation receipt as proof is crucial. If the part is not installed by an ASE-certified technician, the warranty will be voided.


Refunds & Returns:

  • 30-Day Return Policy for Used Parts:
    We offer a 30-day return policy for non-freight items. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. No returns accepted after 30 day period.

  • 30-Day Return Policy for New PartsWe offer a 30-day return policy for new parts. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. No returns accepted after 30 day period.  No returns on electronics or batteries (including injectors, fuel pumps, gauges, sensors, radios, etc.)  No returns on opened, used, modified, marked or installed products.  No returns on products without original packaging (new parts).                                                   
  • NO RETURNS ON CLOSEOUT ITEMS!!!                                                                                
  • Refunds/Exchanges:
    Refunds will be issued as store credit or exchanged for a replacement part, based on the buyer’s preference.                                                                                                                           
  • Return Shipping:
    The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Any shipping costs we incurred will be deducted from your refund.

  • Restocking Fee:
    A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns and cancellations.

  • Return Process:
    Customers are responsible for returning non-freight items at their expense. Upon receipt of the returned part, we will either send a replacement part at our cost or issue a full store credit towards future purchases.

Warranty Information On Used Parts Only:

  • Warranty Duration:
    Parts purchased from us may come with no warranty, 30-day warranty, as specified in the product listing. If no warranty is indicated, the part comes with NO WARRANTY.

  • Engines and Transmissions:
    Engines are guaranteed to start and are backed by our 30-day Start-Up Warranty against defective internals (head and block) unless stated otherwise in the product description. Our transmission parts also have a 30-day Start-Up Warranty against defective internals.

  • Start-Up Warranty:
    The start-up warranty covers a limited time for you to install and test the product. If any issues arise, they must be reported immediately to avoid voiding the warranty. Parts are stamped, and any signs of tampering, removal, or breakdown will void the warranty.

  • Non-Covered Parts:
    Certain parts, including but not limited to external accessories, body parts, SRS components, rotary engines, and specific transmission components (flywheels, clutches, starters, etc.), are not covered by any warranty. Please be aware that shipping charges are never covered under warranty.

  • Conditions That Void Warranty:
    The warranty will be void under any of the following circumstances:

    • Signs of tampering or unauthorized repairs.
    • Overheating, oil pressure issues, or coolant failure.
    • Improper installation or lack of regular maintenance (including incorrect timing, tuning, or misapplication of parts).
    • Use of untrained or unqualified personnel for installation.
    • Modification or performance enhancements (e.g., tuning, over-revving, misuse).
    • Any damage caused by external factors like transportation, courier mishandling, or lack of proper maintenance.
  • Exclusions:

    • We do not reimburse for labor costs, towing, or any additional parts required for repairs.
    • Any external parts such as wiring, alternators, manifolds, turbochargers, etc., are not covered by warranty.
  • Mandatory Inspections:
    It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the following areas are inspected and tested by a qualified professional before installation to avoid potential failures and voiding the warranty:

    • Injectors, fuel seals, oil pump, thermostat, water pump, radiator, transmission oil, air filter, and all other major components.

    • For engines, we recommend a new timing belt, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, and an engine flush before installation.

  • Heat Tab Warning:
    Any tampering with the heat tab or seal will immediately void the warranty.


Important Notice:

  • Buyer Responsibility:
    As the buyer, you are required to carefully review the product description and photos to confirm the part fits your vehicle (based on VIN, year, make, and model). If you have any doubts, please verify compatibility with your local dealer before purchasing.

  • Non-Transferable Warranty:
    The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
